This has got to be the best set of UFO photographs taken in Britain for some time. The story has appeared in a few of the U.K.'s national newspapers already, like the Daily Mirror and The Express, and has circulated around the UFO chat-groups on the Internet. I've reproduced some of the five images here for some closer analysis, although these are poor copies compared with the digital originals, it has to be said. Nevertheless, they offer us the chance to take a closer look. I also include new information given to me by the case's main investigator, Bob Boyd.

The case has been investigated by Bob Boyd, of the Plymouth UFO Research Group, working in conjunction with the Cornwall UFO Group, who originally made contact with the photographer. Quoted in the Western Daily Press (Friday 20th February 2004, p11) he says: "There is no doubt in my mind that it's the real thing" and that the photographs had been confirmed as genuine by a photographic expert called Tim Farrell, who is an associate of the Cornwall UFO Group.

Bob Boyd explained that the photographer, a 'Devonport Dock Worker' who wishes to remain anonymous, was experimenting with his new digital camera on 28th January, just before 6pm, at St Budeaux Square. He had been taking some long-exposure night-time shots of the town.

The digital images were captured by a Nikon DX1, and the UFOs appeared on two of the five photos taken. They were 3 and 4 second exposures respectively, taken 18 seconds apart.

The photographs are of a sufficient quality and mystery to have prompted the Royal Navy to ask to see them for study. A source in the Royal Navy has commented that Lynx and Sea King helicopters were in the air that night but that they 'couldn't reveal their whereabouts'. Are these photos of a helicopter viewed from an odd angle? It seems unlikely. Furthermore, nothing was picked up on radar by Plymouth City Airport, according to the Western Daily Press, which would seem to dismiss this possibility completely.

The structure of the 'craft' is certainly in keeping with classic 'flying saucer' reports. The object appears to be self-luminous in the darkness of the January evening, even of a ghostly appearance. It seems to be set behind the hill to my eye. But the haziness of the object in the image, which suggests distance and therefore size, may be because of the object's movement during the 3-4 second exposures. (The photographer was not trying to capture the UFO when he took the photos, and so could give no information about the movement or otherwise of the UFO).

If there was only one photo it might be tempting to dismiss it as a lens flare or some kind of aberration of the camera or film, but the consistency between the photos suggests that something tangible was photographed. In the two images shown above, different views of the UFO are shown next to each other to give the reader the sense of their physical consistency. It is interesting to note that the bright central highlight of the disc in the lower photo is seen to be equivalent to the raised feature of the side-on image above it. This allows one to appreciate the 3-D structure of the UFO. Bob told me that the correlation between the two images is even better on the original digital photos: the detail of the lighting effects on one image of the UFO corresponds closely with the other.

In our telephone conversation Bob was able to give a few extra details. Whilst the witness's identity is a closely guarded secret (he strongly wishes to remain anonymous, and those wishes are being respected by the Cornish investigators), it is possible to say that he is a highly regarded individual whose reputation appears to be above question. He also has an excellent working knowledge of photography.

Prior to taking these photos the gentleman had always been sceptical of UFOs, and these images from his own camera came as a great shock. Bob considers him to be a 'great witness'.

We at 'Cosmic Conspiracies' are impressed by these images and would like to congratulate Bob Boyd and the Cornwall UFO Group for successfully bringing them to the attention of the public whose interest in UFOs seems undiminished. It remains to be seen what the true nature of these images is.

The Black Report

I have sat today and studied the Black Report.

I must admit that at first glance it seems like a very genuine report, with a lot of thought and energy ousing from its pages and clearly looks authentic with its classy colour page at the front.

Then I looked deeper.

I looked at the actual content, even the contents page and the bulk content written within each section of the report.

I am amazed, truely amazed. If any of you are actually sat out there thinking that this report is even remotely true and authentic then you need your heads testing.

Look at all the facts contained within the report and tell me which if any are NOT contained or obtainable either from the Neuroboards and/or blogs? I cannot see an actual fact that is not already public knowledge. The other parts of the reports are merely Ideas and Reflections of what Neurocam COULD be, as appossed to what IT IS. I question, has anyone ever recieved an official email detailing the report as Authentic? I bet NOT!

To me it seemed genuine but now I have seen through it, it is just another elaborate hoax, designed to destroy the very fragment of what Neurocam is, and the tired old story of Art Project and Art funding just made me groan.

Anyone with half a brain could collate facts and statements form souces online and create there own Black Report, go on I insist see how many of you could actually write something similar.

My final thought is this:

We all know Robin Hely used to be an operative of Neurocam International. We all know that Robin Hely was fired for using Neurocam to fund his work and get a pay packet from it. We all knw that Robin Hely is an egotistical maniac that has attempted several times to take glory from Neurocam International and credit it as his own. We all know that so much is faked a forged, but I say this, how do we know that the Black report is just another one of Robins Helys attempts at discrediting Neurocam International so that it drops off the face of the planet.

Ouija Board - Good vs Evil

We have been having a discussion on the usage and viability of the Ouija Board (Spirit Board as they are commonly known as) for usage in the Field of Paranormal Investigation. There are many pro’s and con’s to using a Spirit Board and with all the bad press flying around about it no wonder people avoid it like the plague. I personally have worked on over a 1000 investigations where a Spirit Board was used and lucky for me as a participant I am not yet dead, nor am I possessed by the Devil, Demon or other Evil Entity. I find that the ignorance of the many who condemn an investigative and intriguing tool on the account of gossip to be most frustrating. The majority of those that condemn the Spirit Board have never operated one in the life and it is not ironic that the majority are also from the commercialised religions who rule their congregations with fear and iron rods.

The purpose of this article is to enlighten people about the use of the Ouija board and identify its meaning. We are asked often how we feel about using the Ouija as a tool in ghost hunting, I felt the time had come to describe a little bit of the background of it and let you know what our feelings are regarding its use.
The Ouija Board is an instrument used for divining information from disembodied spirits. A combination of the French (oui) and German (ja) meaning 'yes'. It is a commercial product presented as half game and half séance instrument.
Professional mediums and psychics tend to frown on the use of the Ouija, regarding them as being too likely to be controlled by "low spirits" more intent on something other than providing accurate information.

Critics of the Ouija, who include authorities in most denominations of Christianity, say it is dangerous and a tool of the Devil. Those who advocate the use of the Ouija, say the like other forms of divination, it is a legitimate way to discover insight, wisdom and self-truths and to communicate with spirits of the dead.
It is thought that most often, answers given probably rise from the subconscious of the users, even when "spirits" identify themselves and give messages. Yet the pointer, or planchette, used with an Ouija, has been known, at times, to fly off the board and spin out of control, as though being directed by unseen forces. Some users claim after using an Ouija, they have been harassed by external agents contacted through the board.

Precursors to the Ouija date back to ancient times. Before the birth of Confucius, around 551 B.C., similar devices were used to communicate with the dead. In Greece, during the time of Pythagoras, 540 B.C., a table on wheels to point to signs, interpreted as being revelations from an unseen world, were used for divination. The rolling table was used through the nineteenth century.
Ancient Romans used similar devices as early as the third century A.D., and in the thirteenth century by the Mongol's. Some Native Americans used a "squdilate board" for the purposes of locating missing objects and people and to obtain spiritual information.

The planchette came into uses in 1853 in Europe. Planchette means, "little board" in French. Invention of the device is generally credited to a Spiritualist by the same name, M. Planchette. It consisted of a triangular, or heart-shaped platform on three legs, one of which was a pencil. The user, usually a medium, would move the device over paper to draw pictures and spell out messages.

The modern Ouija is marketed as a game. Elijah J. Bond invented the Ouija in 1892. He sold his patent to William Field who has been considered the father of the Ouija. Mr. Field founded the Southern Novelty Company in Baltimore, Maryland that later became known as the Talking Board Co., and marketed the Ouija.
During and after World War I, the Ouija became extremely popular as many people desperately wanted to communicate with loved ones killed in the war. Spiritualism was in a revival period so interest was growing and the Ouija Board was readily available. In 1966 William Field sold his patent to Parker Brothers Game Company of Beverly, Massachusetts. With renewed interest in the occult and supernatural in the 1960's and 1970's, the Ouija once again grew in popularity. Parker Brothers stresses the Ouija Board is for entertainment purposes only!

In the field of parapsychology, use of the Ouija is considered a form of automatism or unconscious activity that picks up and amplifies information from the subconscious mind. Critics of the Ouija say that users have no control over repressed material that might be released, the result being the user can suffer a psychosis. Edgar Cayce called it a "dangerous toy." Users have no control if the Ouija Board is used to contact spirits.

Some professional Psychics say there is no danger in using the Ouija, only superstitious fears that produce negative results. On the other hand, even some demonologists say it is a means of accessing the gates of hell, opening the portal for demons to cross over to this plane of existence. There seem to be varying opinions concerning the use of the Ouija Board, because of this, the decision really has to be left up to the person considering using it.

I have just qualified as a Reiki Master, I am so proud of myself today. I decided after much speculation and little known knowledge of the subject of Dan Pritchard and his mysterious Dying To Live exposé, to hit the head man of Fiat Nox himself, the feared and dreaded Iocus.

Although the content is very vague and un-specific I would like to request from you an official statement as to the authenticity of the email that purports to have been sent by you, and your knowledge of forem nox and how it may relate to both Fiatnox and Neurocam International.

Of course you may decline to take me up on the offer and I wish to make you aware from the start that if you do reply I will want to make it a public reply on my blog http://mortifer-venator.blogspot.com/ in response to the article I have just posted.

I hope you will take this opportunity to pose a formal reply and end speculation.

A spinning black hole in the constellation Scorpius has created a stable dent in the fabric of spacetime, scientists say.

The dent is the sort of thing predicted by Albert Einstein's theory of general relativity. It affects the movement of matter falling into the black hole.

The spacetime-dent is invisible, but scientists deduced its existence after detecting two X-ray frequencies from the black hole that were identical to emissions noted nine years ago. The finding will allow scientists to calculate the black hole's spin, a crucial measurement necessary for describing the object's behavior.

The Tesco supermarket in London centre was raided by an intruder who left a trail of mess behind him.

Police are looking for a chubby white man, aged about 30, who was wearing blue tracksuit bottoms, black three-quarter length coat and a Kabuki Mask.

A security guard raised the alarm at about 3pm today after the man ran off carrying several bags worth of chocolate Brownies.

One shop worker said: "I was told by the man to place as many Brownies into the bags that I could. I believe by doing so would be leaving the store short of stock.
"He also got into a staff room and played the fruit machine and then left a disgusting mess in the shop's clothing area."

That is the complete Translation of Chapter XV called a Hymn of Praise to Osiris when he riseth in the Eastern Horizon, found in "The Egyptian Book of The Dead", transliterated and translated by E.A. Wallis Budge.

One, unity, monad, first, beginning, birth, in front, at the head,
source and summit [think of it as the peak of the triangle/pyramid of
number], the unification of the many, ace [as in best, the greatest,
without competition], leader. One and Many, for as the Gnostics
said, "this monad is likewise, as it were, a certain musical harmony,
which comprises all things in itself.", wholeness. That which unifies
the many into one is called the 'baton bearer' [bateleur], like the
conductor of an orchestra for example [to retain the analogy
with 'musical harmony'].

It is one 'tithe', 'tittle', 'jot', 'bagattelle', smallest unit of
the iota. Iota is the tenth Greek letter, value 10, meaning jot,
small thing and one is also in a manner the decad, for it is from the
power of the one 'tittle' that "the duad, and tetrad, and pentad, and
hexad, and heptad, and ogdoad, and ennead, and decad are produced"
and to which they return [10=1+0=1] according to the early Christian
Gnostics [as related by their Christian opponents for example in
Against Heresies by Irenias and Refutation of all heresies by
Hippolytus].

Therefore they say that "when Moses mentions that the
rod was changeably brandished for the introduction of the plagues
throughout Egypt - now these plagues, he says, are allegorical
expressed symbols of the creation [in the beginning was the word, and
Elohim, it is said, created all that is in 10 sayings] - he did not
for more plagues than ten shape the rod. Now this rod constitutes one
tittle of the iota, and is both twofold and various.... Conformably
with that one tittle, the law of Moses constitutes the series of ten
commandments, which expresses allegorically the divine mysteries of
those precepts. For all knowledge of the universe is contained in
what relates to the succession of the ten plagues and the series of
the ten commandments." [Hippolytus].

So the rod of Moses symbolises the monad, the one 'tithe' of the
iota, from which the ten 'emanate' in succession. And in the middle
ages in both Christian and Jewish literature we may find Moses
described as a magician. He taught his disciple in magic by writing
letters on pieces of bread which they ate [a common magical
formula/technique], a magical technique which perhaps we may relate
to the 'cake' on the magicians table in the early painted decks? It
may also be relevant that some early writers describe the 'deniers'
suit not as coins but loafs of bread. Sort of edible talismans [or
pantacles].

We may note that in relation to the correspondence of the symbolism
of 'one' with beginnings, birth, that from which all other numbers
spring or are 'born', that the name Moses is Egyptian for 'born
from', as in the name Rameses [born of the sun, or of Ra]. Moses
raises his rod and the waters divide, and his people emerge the other
side and in allegorical fashion it is thus he gave birth to a nation.
Note again the parallelism with Genesis, when God divided the upper
waters from the lower waters in the act of creation.

Here we see the Baton Bearer not just as the unifier, but the
seperator. One, the monad, was considered not an `odd' or `even'
number, but both; and thus the source in potentia of not just
Unification [Love] but of Seperation [Strife].

"According to the theologians", Plutarch writes, "both prose writers
and poets, God is eternal, but yet, under the impulsion of some
predestined plan and purpose, he undergoes transformations in his
being...When the god is changed and distributed into winds, water,
earth, stars, plants and animals, they describe this experience and
transformation allegorically by the terms 'rending'
and 'dismemberment'.

In the symbolism of neoplatonic ritualism the image of dismemberment
is used to convey the act of divine creation; the divine being
singular and simple, the creation of many from the one is conceived
as an act of breaking or division [thus the one becomes two through
division]. Pico de Mirandola describing the ascent and descent of
the 'ladder' of reason as the steps upon which "we shall sometimes
descend, with titanic force rending the unity like Osiris into many
parts, and we shall sometimes ascend, with the force of Phoebus
collecting the parts like the limbs of Osiris into a unity." [Wind]

The division of the One ritualistically or mythologically symbolised
as dismemberment is graphically illustrated in the noblet Bateleur,
who appears to be holding a dismembered penis:

Among the neoplatonist of the renaissance another favoured figurement
of this was that of the 'mystery of the birth of Venus'. Venus
Urania, identified with the celestial virgin, is born from the sea
foam that was produced from the castration of Uranus, 'being the god
of heaven, Uranus conveys to formless matter the seed of ideal forms,
according to Pico "and because ideas would not have in themselves
variety and diversity if they were not mixed with formless nature,
and because without variety there cannot be beauty, so it justly
follows that Venus could not be born if the testicles of Uranus did
not fall into the waters of the sea". [Wind]

Venus was attributed to the number 6 {Agrippa, Capella}, the highest
throw of 6 in dice was known as the Venus throw*. The correspondence
of Venus-VI seems an appropriate correspondence with 'The Lover'
[TdM], both in subject [love] and the presence of Cupid/Eros. Given
the correspondence with Venus perhaps it is possible to interpret the
two women as the two aspects of Venus.

According to the interpretation of neo-platonic love in the
renaissance, Love is the Desire for the Beautiful [which ultimately
is the 'good', which is 'god']. The love of the beatiful 'object' [as
represented by the girl with the crown of flowers in some Marseille
decks, the earthly Venus, on his left, the side of the relatively
imperfect and mutable] is converted by reason [represented by the
girl with a crown of laurels or flames, the celestial Venus, on his
right, the side of the relatively perfect and immutable] to the love
of the beauty inherent in all things, and from thence to its return
to the 'invisible' and thus 'unseen' source and ultimate object and
source of love, God

This neo-platonic triadic process of emanation, conversion and return
was related the three graces, who were neo-platonic symbols of
the 'unfolding' of the triadic union 'infolded' in venus. These three
aspects or graces one could also relate to the three ranks of seven
cards, the first seven to emanation, the second to conversion and
third to the return.

Six is the baseline of the triangular number 21 [1+2+3+4+5+6=21] in
which we can see the triumph of the celestial Venus [the Cosmos comes
from the Greek for order and beauty] revealed [nakedness being a
symbol of revelation].

The celestial venus and the earthly venus can also be taken as being
represented by card II, the papesse and card III, the Empress. The
lover as card I, the 'bateleur' [the number 1 is attibuted to
eros, "Why is love called a magician?" asked Ficino. Because it
unites the lower with the higher, the terrestial with the celestial,
man with the divine.] So we have I+II+III=VI.

According to Agrippa the Pythagorean name for One is Cupid/Eros. In
regards to which what Diotina says to Socrates in regard to Love
being the child of Poverty and Reason [Zeus] may be relevant:

"And as his parentage is, so also are his fortunes. In the firstplace
he is always poor, and anything but tender and fair, as the many
imagine him; and he is rough and squalid, and has no shoes, nor a
house to dwell in; on the bare earth exposed he lies under the
openheaven, in-the streets, or at the doors of houses, taking his
rest; and like his mother he is always in distress.

"Like his father too, whom he also partly resembles, he is always
plotting against the fair and good; he is bold, enterprising, strong,
a mighty hunter, always weaving some intrigue or other, keen in
thepursuit of wisdom, fertile in resources; a philosopher at all
times, terrible as an magician, wizard, sophist. He is by nature
neither mortal nor immortal, but alive and flourishing at one moment
when heis in plenty, and dead at another moment, and again alive by
reasonof his father's nature. But that which is always flowing in is
alwaysflowing out, and so he is never in want and never in wealth;
and, further, he is in a mean between ignorance and knowledge."

We may see an allusion I think to both the fool/madman and to the
magician. 'Poverty' represents the soul as lover, always in need,
wanting and seeking for the beauty and goodness of the beloved' and
in relation to the fool or madman we may see him as representing the
soul as a pilgrim of love.

'Why is Love called a Magus?', asked Ficino, "Because" he
replied, "all the power of magic consists in love."

And what is this magician `love'? The mediating power uniting heaven
and earth, gods and men. Or as Diotima replied to Socrates question
[in Plato's Symposium] "And what is he [love]?" :

"He is a great spirit, and like all spirits he is intermediate
between the divine and the mortal."

"And what is his power?" asked Socrates.

"He interprets," she replied, "between gods and men, conveying and
taking across to the gods the prayers and sacrifices of men, and to
men the commands and replies of the gods; he is the mediator who
spans the chasm which divides them, and therefore in him all is bound
together, and through him the arts of the prophet and the priest,
their sacrifices and mysteries and charms, and all, prophecy and
incantation, find their way. For God mingles not with man; but
through Love."

So we see in the symbolism of the number One, and of the tarot trump
I_Il Bateleur, as being both odd and even, the source in potentia of
both Love and Strife [the forces of unification and of seperation, of
the principle of the whole and the part].

My all time favorite Music Artist, Bruce Springsteen song "Better Days" describes exactly the mood that I have felt today. Whenever I need a pick me up, his tones blast through my house like a live rock gig, every brick trembles in his wake.

What drives humans to act like this?

TWO teenage girls were kidnapped, raped and tortured before one was killed and another shot in a revenge attack a court heard.
Six men ambushed Mary Ann Leneghan, 16, and a pal, 18, as they drank wine in a disused pub car park.
The girls were pulled from a Renault Clio, bundled into the boot of a Nissan Almera and driven off at speed last May, Reading Crown Court heard.
They were taken to the £60-a-night Abbey House Hotel in the town at 1am and smuggled into room 19.

The men, said to be carrying guns and knives, are then alleged to have subjected them to an ordeal of rape, torture and humiliation lasting several hours.The gruesome allegations include:

MAKING the girls smoke heroin and crack cocaine.

FORCING them to strip and crawl around naked.

DOUSING them with a boiling water and sugar solution to stick to their skin.

PUNCHING and kicking them.

SMASHING one girl in the face with a metal bar.

CUTTING the hair of one victim with a knife.

BURNING cigarettes on one girl’s head.

The girls were repeatedly told they were going to die.

The gang drove the pair to a park and put pillowcases over the girls’ heads.

Mr Latham said student Mary Ann died after being stabbed repeatedly in the neck before her friend, who cannot be named, was shot in the head.

Miraculously, she was only rendered unconscious and managed to raise the alarm with a passer-by.

Prosecutor Richard Latham QC said ringleader Adrian Thomas, 20, thought the pair set him up a month earlier for an attack in which he was beaten, stabbed and robbed of drugs by a gang of black men at his rented flat in Reading, Berks.
Mary Ann had visited the flat earlier that evening. He allegedly told a neighbour who treated him: “The bitch set me up.”

The Court heard painter Thomas assembled five pals from South London to help him gain revenge.

Mr Latham said: “They were not the sort of girls to be tucked up in bed at 10pm at night. However, what happened to them was totally unjustified.

“This was an execution, a cold-blooded killing. These girls had not only been raped but tortured physically and psychologically.”

Thomas, of Battersea, South London, denies murder, attempted murder, kidnap, rape and GBH.

Also denying the charges are unemployed brothers Jamaile, 22 and Joshua Morally, 23, student Llewellyn Adams, 24 — all from Balham, South London — jobless Michael Johnson, 19, of Southfields, South West London and Indrit Krasniqi, 18, of Chiswick, West London. Trial continues.

The title is something that speaks for itself really I guess.

I am hoping to use this space not only to show off some of my amazing pictures, but to also share with you my experiences of life, especially my involvment with the esoteric genre.

I am a practicing Magi, with 10 years under my belt, although I have much to learn, I also have much to share and if you can pick up a little knowledge from me and maybe have some fun doing so then this journal will be worthwhile.
